Bzzzzzzzzing still

Yup - still as busy as. This week have been having one long visiting session - Saturday last was teh christening - and lovely it was too and we squeezed everyone that came in - good job there were a dozen no shows really! I got a bit stressed about the food but Mum and sister came to the rescue and my Brother did a good job on the sandwiches. Making and eating - lol.

Johns Mum, Aunt, Uncle and Cousin all stayed until Sunday evening when we saw them off on the train and to the airporto as well - we had a night to ourselves to recover then my Mum came down - dropped off by Dad and Sister off on a dead rellies hunt in Cirencester or somewhere Dahn Sarf in that direction. We bibbled around shopping one day out to lunch the next and getting a few house jobs done - although I never made it to the allotment - far too worn out from the weekend and Cait still waking int he night which is getting to be a right pain to be honeest - Gina Ford here I come....

Thursday saw Dad and Lucy back on their way home - picking Mum up on the stop over here for tea.

John was off work yesterday to do some OU work - which is a bit tedious as it means I have to give him stretches of time to himself - ie get out of the house. So I have been shopping in Leamington and today in Coventry (hmmm what can I say - won't be going there again) anyway I have an interview next Wednesday so now sorted for clothes for that and new handbag, plus also for a wedding at the end of September which is good - saves me shopping again later on. Got the OOS for that to do as well now.

Finally got some crafting time last night and today - been missing that with the visitors and prep for the Christening. Been playing with the new Kandi Kane - hmmm delicious. Also managed to finally finish the last rubber stamp challenge on CBC, I am just so late! Gotta scan and upload now.

Have also done my first BIG scrap page - 12 by 12 and am really pleased with it - something else to get a piccie of and upload - but no computer access time at the mo due to OH OU work. Sneaked on here whilst he is out and about checking ut the allotment and stuff for some fresh air and a change of scene.

Cait was at the childminders on Thursday for the whole day - not sure where the time went to be honest - was really tired so found it hard to get going on things but started writing thankyou cards and did some shopping and tidying up and running up and down stairs with things and managed to fill the day - shame CM is on hols next week! Cait seemed to like it and I can see changes in her - she is playing more with things and more interactive playing - she shares the CM with an older little girl who I think played alot with her.

She is cute - she has learnt to hammer her little hammer and nail toy and is ever so precise and ladylike about it! We have also had several walking sessions of between 2 and 4 steps so I think next week she will be off!

Enough already - this turned out long gotta run OH will be back soon as the light is fading.
