Spesh for Jo

Ok shops. Hilltop farm - have you been - nice big play area - lovely cakes, coffee, farm shop AND a craft shop - Ok its small but it is a craft shop. Oh yes and they do a naked male staff christmas calendar 8-)!!!

There is also Yew Tree farm some details here, just outside Stratford - not too far out and a nice country run if you like that sort of thing

There is Blue Moon (sorry no webbie I can find) and Lakeland in Stratford, also AS Blackie in Leamington which is an art shop with a few bits and bobs and then Osborne's the stationers has alot of DOcrafts stuff including alot of the papermania stuff. I got some really good sudo-stamps things there - like really thick acetate with foam shapes stuck on big swirls and such and best of all £1.49, they also have some really nice brads and eyelets at the moment in their range - I am sure you know Leamington also has WHSmith and the Works.

If you go to Touchwood at Solihull John Lewis has crafty stuff and there is a bigger Lakeland than Stratford. There is a Notcutts at Shirley which has a crafty section but franky I wouldn't bother with that unless you want to go to a large Garden centre anyway.

The Stamp Bug was good for stamps (funny enough) and had alot of other bits and bobs but wasn't big on scrapping and papers it is also difficult to find with wailing child in back seat, although to be fair once we got within shouting distance they had signed it for the event at the weekend - not sure there are signs all the time. Lovely country though.

Really worth a visit is LB Crafts at Olney, Its really not that off the beaten track and there is a lovely eatery opposite. If you go into Olney and park up round the triangular central part you will see a tiny shopping centre off one of the sides and she is in there down the bottom part.

Warwick has a tiny art shop/framers with some real basics at the back for crafters.

I am sure some of the girls could add more as well if you know of anything else hereabouts please leave a comment - if its really juicy I might even have some blog candy for you.....

lol!!! I can't believe that the first place is off the Fosse Way - just looked at the map and as our friends live just outside of Leamington, it looks just up the road.... I asked them ages ago if there was anything around...
Thank you so much, I am going to print it off to keep in the car.
